Horko. / Heat.

Ve dnech velkých veder se vyhýbám sousednímu rybníku. Na můj vkus je tam přelidněno. Sjíždí se tam lidé z širokého okolí. Les je prázdný, protože se nikomu nechce v tom horku pohybovat.

On days of great heat, I avoid the neighboring pond. It is overcrowded for my taste. People from a wide area come there. The forest is empty because no one wants to move in the heat.

Sofia was hot too. She didn't protest at all when we stopped for a moment in the cool shade of a massive oak tree. She just lay down on the ground and cooled off :-)

Horko bylo i Sofii. Vůbec neprotestovala, když jsme na chvíli zastavili v chladivém stínu mohutného dubu. Jen si lehla na zem a chladila se :-)
